1) STOP! READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE CORRECT FORM AND BE WARNED THAT NOT READING AND ANSWERING ALL OF THE QUESTIONS (ITEMS BELOW) WILL RESULT IN NO REPLY:
If you have not purchased an item from us and you are just wanting a recommendation from us for an item you need or to check the status of an existing order, this is NOT THE CORRECT FORM to fill out. The correct form is the “General Inquiry Form.” To get to that form, go back to labellashho.com and in the navigation menu, top left of any page, click the link "Contact Us/Support" and chose link therein labeled "General Inquiry Form."
If you have purchased an item from us and you are contacting us for technical support, such as installation issues (or item issues), this is the correct form, however, DO NOT request support at this time if you have not read and applied ALL the information EXACTLY as it is outlined in the "Preliminary Instructions" that came with your kit (see item #16 for that link) and the "Hydrogen Dry Cell Manual" (see item #17 for that link), and the Electrolyte Mix document (see item #18 for that link), and have read ALL the ITEM'S DESCRIPTION and viewed the PICTURES of the item you purchased so you know what was included (see item #8). Furthermore, Do Not Submit a support request if your questions have anything to do with the following subjects, as these are clearly addressed herein or in one or all of the aforesaid instructions:
* If you are having problems either identifying the items in the kit or that the instructions are hard to understand, you need to get assistance from someone who is more mechanically inclined.
* If your bubbler tank is collapsing due to vacuum, you have improperly connected the output hose from the top of the bubbler tank to the intake. Follow the instructions under "How To Use Your Vacuum."
* What's the user name and password to login to the Electrolyte Mix document?
* Where do I buy (KOH) potassium hydroxide; what should I use for the electrolyte mix; how much KOH to use in the distilled water?
* Where do I connect the HHO gas output hose from top of the bubbler tank to the engine?
* Do I need a Vaporizer Bubbler Trap?
* Where's the knob for my Pulse Width Modulator?
* Where are the pulse width modulator wire connection screw labels located on the printed circuit?
* Do I need an EFIE (Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer)?
* Do I need a shunt for my ammeter?
* What type glue do I use on the fittings? Or, my fittings are leaking- see item #32
* Why is there only 4 wires identified for the relay, yet it has 5 wires on the plug?
* If your PWM is overheating or is damaged due to overheating, read items #21 and #26 including the breakout message. PWM damage due to overheating is not covered by any warranty
IMPORTANT:
It's to be noted that most requests for support is usually the result of instructions not being followed and/or read- and in some cases, a language barrier. So for me to help you, its is most necessary for you to be very cooperative and answer EVERY one of the questions in this form, particularly item numbers #9, #10, #11 which is for purchase verification and diagnosis reasons. If these questions are not answered, DO NOT PROCEED. We cannot help you without these answers.
Every effort is made to help you resolve any issue, but we cannot be successful in our efforts if you do not cooperate by answering all the questions. If you contact us via any other source other than this form, we will not be able to help you nor reply as we need detailed answers to technical questions in order to pinpoint your issue(s). If you don't hear back from us within several hours, it's probably due to you not answering ALL the questions and/or your email address is wrong or you may need to look for the reply in your spam mail. We admonish you to answer all these questions honestly as not doing so could result in misdiagnosis and a discontinuing of our efforts to help you. READ ALL of the breakout messages associated with the question box located to the right of each question appearing when cursor is placed over it.
RED ASTERISK ARE REQUIRED FIELDS & ALL OTHER HHO RELATED QUESTIONS MUST BE ANSWERED OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP NOR MAKE A REPLY. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SUBMITTING THE FORM, READ THE ERROR MESSAGE AND CORRECT THEM.
Mechanical Repairs and HHO installation are no longer provided.

If you purchased a HHO Kit from us, you were sent an email message titled: "FOR A SUCCESSFUL INSTALLATION AND RECEPTION OF YOUR ITEM - READ ALL OF THIS.” In that message, in part, it also tells you: "Read ALL the item's DESCRIPTION and view the PICTURE to make sure this item is applicable to your application and purpose so you understand what's included or not with the item.” That message is sent for clarification purposes, because some buyers are purchasing items and not reading what they have purchased. If you haven't read the detailed discription of the item in question, please go back and do so

Must be filled in if you are asking a HHO related question or no answer will be made. Understanding and applying ALL applicable information in the instruction manual is most important to a successful installation. If you answered no to this question, you need to read and implement the instructions before we can further assist you. Please do not submit a support request at this time.

ONLY Potassium Hydroxide KOH must be used with distilled water according to the Electrolyte Mix instructions or no HHO production nor amp draw will occur. The Electrolyte Mix instruction sheet also contains the information as to where to purchase the KOH under subheading: “Purchase KOH.” We do not sell this item due to the danger associated with this caustic substance. To login with the proper username and password to the Electrolyte Mix document, go to the following link and read ALL of it: http://labellashho.com/preliminary_instruction.doc

It is MOST important that you follow the wire diagrams in the instruction manual EXACTLY like illustrated for your specific application. Not doing so will result in short circuits, blown fuses and/or damage to electrical components which will not be warrantied, as well as any PWM that becomes damaged due to overheating.

-
The Electrolyte Mix document is password protected so you need the correct "user name" and "password" to put in the login box that pops up when going to that document address found in the preliminary instructions that came inside the kit.
-
24) If you are getting an error message logging into the Electrolyte Mix document it is because you must use a PC and not a mobile device.
-
A pulse width modulator PWM is very important to install for full control of the amp draw on the HHO generator. It is virtually impossible to maintain the correct amp draw with the electrolyte mix alone. The amps can go out of control, boil the electrolyte mix and overheat or damage the HHO generator and wiring if not used. See electrolyte mix instructions.
-
The PWM is very delicate and can be easily damaged. Damage to PWMs due to improper installation or handling carry no warranty as they are pretested before shipping.
-
Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. The Oxygen sensor EFIE is most important on gas fuel injected engines for leaning the computer.

Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. Some engines have either or both a map sensor and/or a mass air sensor. Have you addressed these sensor with the an enhancer where applicable
-
Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. All applicable fuel injected sensors need to be leaned out according to the instruction manual if you expect the best mileage increase

Applicable to 1996 OBDII systems and newer: This is an electrical device for leaning the computer out for mileage gain on 1996 and newer vehicles called OBDII systems. When using this item no other enhancers (EFIEs) can be used in conjunction with it. They need to be removed.

Must be filled in if you are asking an HHO related question or no answer will be made. All engines must be in sound running condition according to the opening paragraph in the instruction manual. Where applicable, engines should be scanned to see if there are any codes whether the check engine light is on or not.

Upload any file or image you feel needed to explain a question or problem

Be very specific in your question or complaint, IE: leaking at fuel cell fitting threads -- not just I have a leak. Vague questions or complaints will cause a delay in our response and may hinder resolving an issue

If for some reason you have trouble submitting this form, check the error message and correct it and/or clear your cache/history or try using another PC.
